Willow Smith Shared Her Reaction to Will and Jada Pinkett Smith's Explosive Red Table Talk

Jada Pinkett Smith and her husband Will Smith brought their tabloid woes to the Red Table back in July, opening up about the separation period they endured and the resulting “entanglement” Pinkett Smith had with singer August Alsina.

The conversation did more than just help quiet the rumor mill, it inspired the Smiths’ daughter, Willow.

During this week’s episode of Red Table Talk, the 19-year-old told her mom she was “so proud” of her for having that challenging (and incredibly public) dialogue.

″To be able to see you and Dad do that, for me, that was like, 'OK, that's the real deal,'″ the “Whip My Hair” singer said. ″That's real love."

“When you can be like ‘I'm with you, I'm going to stand by you and I'm going to hold your hand, because I love you.’ That's really important,” she continued.

Willow’s parents are one of the longest-established couples in Hollywood. The Smiths will be married 23 years on Dec. 31.
