The Lake House + Rosita

A film where our main couple spends the majority of the film never actually meeting, and yet the romantic tension is off the charts? Sign me up. If this tearjerker has you deep in your feelings, take a sip of this Rosita. It’s a rose-colored take on a classic Negroni. It’s just as bittersweet as finding love at the right place—and the wrong time.

She’s All That + The Bushwacker

Remember your high school crush? Really, there's nothing that make us feel warm and fuzzy inside like first love. She's All That is a classic teen rom-com that, of course, culminates at the prom. Your typical nerd-turns-into-gorgeous-popular-girl-after-she-takes-her-glasses-off trope is going strong here, but the chemistry between Freddie Prinze Jr. and Rachel Leigh Cook will transport you right back to your high school hallways. What better way to sink into that nostalgic feeling than to take a big gulp of the Bushwhacker? It's essentially a chocolate milkshake piña colada. Throw two straws in there and share it with your valentine to recreate a perfect after-school date.

The Love Witch + Big Red

Are you addicted to love? Then you might be able to relate to the heroine of this film, Elaine, a dreamy yet determined young witch, played by Samantha Robinson. This Anna Biller-directed film is a sumptuous feast for anyone with a romantic leaning. Rich velvets, technicolor lights, and vibrant backdrops fill every scene. Maybe you’ll discover a new philosophy on love, as you follow Elaine as she looks for the perfect match to fulfill all of her fantasies about love—and ends up sorely disappointed each time. Will being a hopeless romantic just doom us to fail in our relationships every time, or is it possible to find unconditional love? Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you, but I do have a spicy cinnamon cocktail for you to sip on while you manifest your own romantic fantasies.

Mr. Malcolm’s List + The Pink Lady

Nowadays, it’s far too easy to reject someone. Just swipe left or leave them on read—and you’ll never have to deal with them again. Back in Jane Austen times, it wasn’t quite so easy to ditch an unsuitable suitor. In Mr. Malcolm's list, Freida Pinto plays a young single woman who arrives in London's upper-class society and drafted to ensnare the most eligible bachelor in town. Nurse this elegant concoction, which will have you feeling just like a member of London's eligible elite.

Decision to Leave + Hot Pink Handgun

Is Decision to Leave romantic? Depends on who you ask, I guess. If you’re the type of person who likes getting tattoos of their lover’s name engraved permanently on your skin, you might find this movie endearing. This tale of obsession will take you on a dizzying ride through love, betrayal, and trauma. Trust me, you’ll be reaching for a drink somewhere in between all of the plot twists and crushing moments of yearning. The Hot Pink Handgun cocktail will steady you. Just like the name sounds, it's flirtatiously pink and bold, with a bright twist of lemon—and the sneaky depth of cognac.
