If you’re one of the millions of movie buffs that will tune into the 73rd annual Golden Globes on Sunday, you’re going to need some snacks to get you through the more than three-hour awards show, hosted by wise-cracking comic Ricky Gervais. So we turned to Andrew Cavitolo and Bobby Stern, who run New York-based Riviera Caterers, for a few ideas. The duo, whose 100-year old events company throws corporate bashes and private parties for clients including Victoria’s Secret, Nike, and Refinery 29, believe a good Golden Globes bash can be made even glitzier with few award-themed treats.

Below, they’ve shared an easy sriracha spinach dip based on Charlize Theron’s character Furiosa in “Mad Max: Fury Road.” The movie is nominated for a Best Picture award at the Jan. 10 ceremony.

“Mad Max" Furiosa Sriracha Spinach Dip Bread Bowl

1 10-inch round sourdough loaf, uncut
2 packages cream cheese
2 packages frozen chopped spinach (thoroughly drained )
2 packages creamed spinach
1 8-ounce bag Italian blend shredded cheese
4 ounces sriracha
2 packages Boursin brand herbed Gournay cheese
1 8-ounce package shredded cheddar, divided in half
salt and pepper

Hollow out bread to make a bread bowl, taking care to reserve inside pieces of bread to dip later. Mix all ingredients, but reserve half of cheddar cheddar cheese. Pile mixture into hollowed-out bread bowl and top with remaining cheddar. Bake at 350°F until top is golden brown and dip is hot throughout, about 30 minutes. Serve with reserved bread.
