Hong Kong-based fashion stylist Veronica Li, 25, initially launched her blog vnikali.com to showcase her personal style and beauty inspiration —before she knew it, her flair for fashion was being featured in the pages of Elle and CosmoGirl.Naturally, we knew that Li would have the inside scoop on Hong Kong’s best beauty resources. Here are her top picks:

HAIR: Tim Chong at Marek Art of Hair is a pro at applying subtle highlights — for me, he added just a hint of light brown to brighten my hair. His haircuts are also simple and easy to style.

SKIN: My favorite spa in Hong Kong is MTM. They do a really good basic cleanse, facial, and massage. I treat myself once a month.

WELLNESS: Veronica Hoi is an amazing Chinese doctor who I see for overall wellness and to help with my skin. Every month I buy a week’s worth of Chinese herbs. I mix them with hot water and drink them in the afternoon and at night. The herbs also boost my immune system — I even sleep better.

NAILS: I’m a huge fan of nail art and Nail Me is incredible. They work with me to create personalized nails inspired by my favorite looks. I also choose gel polish, which lasts two weeks.

FITNESS: I love to run around my neighborhood of Tung Chung, which is a little outside of Hong Kong, and has views of the ocean.

BEAUTY FOOD: Punch Detox is the latest juice-cleansing craze in Hong Kong. I always do a 3-day cleanse after the holidays.
