Princess Diana was a true style icon, with a string of recognisable looks that we're still obsessed with today. And one of her most famous outfits is of course her 1981 wedding dress - which we were reminded of recently thanks to its recreation in The Crown.
If pictures just aren't enough, you can now have the chance to see Diana's iconic gown in real life, as part of an exhibition at Kensington Palace. Erm, where do we sign up?
Yep, Diana's dress, which was designed by David and Elizabeth Emmanuel and was worn by the Princess at her St Paul's Cathedral wedding to Prince Charles, is on show in its full glory - with the fitted bodice, puffed sleeves and iconic 25-foot train displayed in glass casing.
Prince William and Prince Harry have lent the gown to the exhibition, titled 'Royal Style In The Making', which is on show at Kensington Palace from 3rd June until 2nd January 2022 and aims to explore the partnership between designers and the British monarchy.
This will be the first time the dress is on show at the palace in over 25 years, so it's a real treat for anybody who can manage to get tickets!
According to the official description, "this new temporary exhibition explores the intimate relationship between fashion designer and royal client, revealing the process behind the creation of a number of the most important couture commissions in royal history."
The description continues: "On display will be the wedding dress of Diana, Princess of Wales, on show for the first time at Kensington Palace in 25 years, in addition to a rare, surviving toile for the 1937 coronation gown of Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother; consort of King George VI.
"The display also features never-before-seen items from the archives of some of the most celebrated royal couturiers of the 20th century, set alongside examples of the glittering gowns and stylish tailoring created for three generations of royal women. There will be some surprises for fashion fans."
