What's June's Sagittarius Horoscope Predictions Mean for You

We know there's so much going on in the world. Many of you may be feeling worried, frightened, or isolated right now. And though the stars don't have answers to the multitude of questions running through all our minds right now, there's nothing wrong with finding solace and comfort in astrology, beauty, or any of your interests, for that matter. To learn more about how we're approaching COVID-19 on Allure, see this letter from our editors or check out this month's full list of horoscopes for a note from our astrologer on how she's using her craft to cope.

Welcome to June, Sagittarius. Last month Venus went retrograde, stirring up some feelings about the way you connect with others. People are already a little sensitive right now with stay-at-home orders in place, so it's important that you think before you speak. There's a full moon in your sign on Friday, June 5. This lunation will make you feel powerful, and you should put this power to good use. Get dressed up, pour some wine or make yourself your favorite meal, and set up a virtual party with friends. However, note that there is also a lunar eclipse on this date, which can stir up difficult emotions, so try to keep the vibe light and fun. You and your friends deserve a break from the news.

Speaking of emotions and communication, messenger planet Mercury goes retrograde from Thursday, June 18 to Sunday, July 12. This is usually a frustrating time for you. You like to keep things moving forward, so delays aren't your thing. However, this Mercury retrograde isn't going to be as difficult as it usually is. It makes no planetary aspects but is influenced by the brightest star in the sky, Sirius, which is a star of abundance. Remember those things you blurted out earlier in the month when Venus retrograde started? Now is the time to gracefully apologize for them. This is an ideal time to correct past communication errors.

The cosmos are busy starting Saturday, June 20. Cancer season begins, turning your focus to your family. Do you have enough support? Should you widen your (virtual) social circle? This same date is also a new moon in Cancer, which is the perfect time for fresh starts relating to the home. It also happens to be the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. If you can get out of the house safely with PPE and social distancing, try to watch the sunset. Set some good intentions for yourself.

Implement a self-care plan now so you are more prepared for the future.

There's an intense solar eclipse the next day on Sunday, June 21. This eclipse highlights political tension, so it's sure to be a big news day. You can handle a lot, Sagittarius, but you get bummed out when everything feels too negative. Use this day for self-care rather than social media.

You may have to get used to confusing news, as the hazy planet Neptune goes retrograde from Monday, June 22, to Saturday, November 28. During these months, as society tries to find a safe way to reopen, there may be some conflicting messages coming our way. Implement a self-care plan now so you are more prepared for the future. Thankfully, your love life is looking up as Venus retrograde finally ends on Thursday, June 25. Send a text to your partner to remind them you love them.
