What's Your Fancy?: Yotam Ottolenghi Shares His Kitchen Essentials

Yotam Ottolenghi has never worried too much about coloring inside the lines—and that's served the cook and bestselling author of books including Jerusalem and Plentyquite well. So, when it came time to release Sicily, a ceramics collection made by Ottolenghi and his collaborator Ivo Bisignano in partnership with Serax, the same methods applied. "I believe dining to be a holistic experience and lend great consideration to my table setting, with this notion transcending the vessels in which food is served and enjoyed," he explains. "The Sicily vases are intended to enhance the tablescaping in accompaniment to the Feast tableware, and bring a little of the outside in."
