As WeWork begins looking for new investors ahead of its hotly anticipated IPO, the company is reconsidering its valuation, and might go public at close to $20 billion. Yahoo Finance’s Brian Sozzi and Alexis Christoforous discuss.
Anonymous: This is no different than states having laws that affect access to abortion or guns, states have always had autonomy from federal rule. Every state has had, and continues to have differences in governing from the federal government. Nothing wrong with it as in most cases the difference are resolved and mitigated, and yes occasionally wind up going to SCOTUS. Unlike the article suggests the sky is not falling and if it was true that this type of state rights vs. federal governance was tearing the country apart it would have happened long before now considering this particular struggle has been going on since the country began.
