It's been 45 years since Sylvester Stallone first donned a pair of boxing gloves to play the iconic underdog fighter in Rocky, one of his most famous roles which he has reprised no fewer than seven times. But while Stallone has stated that he will not be appearing in the upcoming spinoff sequel Creed III, he still hasn't let his boxing training slide.

In a recent training video which he posted to Instagram, the 75-year-old actor demonstrated his raw strength by performing a farmer's carry using a pair of dumbbells. He then dropped them and proceeded to attack the punching bag in the foreground of the shot, showing off some Rocky Balboa-style power and technique before turning and smiling to the camera.

Stallone's daughters Sophia, Sistine and Scarlett all expressed their approval in the comments, with Sistine writing: "You see this come into your room at night... WYD??" , while actrss Yvette Monreal, who starred alongside Stallone in Rambo: Last Blood, commented: "He's STILL GOT IT PEOPLE!!!"

This is the latest in a series of workouts Stallone has been doing with Gunnar Peterson, the celebrity personal trainer whose other famous clients include movie stars Hugh Jackman, Matthew McConaughey and Kate Beckinsale, and elite athletes Lindsey Vonn and P.K. Subban. It is unclear whether Stallone is training for anything in particular—in addition to bowing out of the Creed franchise, he also stepped away from The Expendables—or simply maintaining his impressive strength and jacked arms.
