The most highly anticipated royal wedding of 2023 is here! Crown Prince Hussein will wed Rajwa Al Saif at Zahran Palace in Amman, Jordan today, followed by a reception at Al Husseiniya Palace.

It is not known specifically when Rajwa, a Saudi Arabian architect, and Hussein started dating, but they were introduced by a mutual friend. They got engaged in August 2022 at Rajwa's family's home in Riyadh. Prince Hussein wrote on his Instagram sharing the news of his engagement, "Alhamdullillah. We pray that God grants us His blessings. Grateful to my dear Jordanian family for their heartfelt support and kind wishes."

Hussein and Rajwa's wedding will see guests from all around the world, including Prince William and Kate Middleton, First Lady Jill Biden, and Prince Frederik and Princess Mary of Denmark. Biden announced her visit last minute, tweeting, "I look forward to traveling to Amman, Jordan to join King Abdullah and Queen Rania in celebrating their son, Crown Prince Al Hussein's wedding to Ms. Rajwa Al Seif." The Prince and Princess of Wales, too, did not confirm their attendance until today.

Hussein's parents, King Abdullah II and Queen Rania, will host the wedding. It's their second wedding this year: Their daughter, Princess Iman, married Jameel Alexander Thermiotis in April. As Iman is not heir to the throne, that royal wedding was a more intimate affair.

Prince Hussein and Rajwa's wedding will be livestreamed, and there are numerous ways to watch easily from the United States.
