Watch this real life Bambi moment as a deer gives birth in a man's backyard
Forget TV or surfing YouTube for hours; there’s a whole world of wonder on view right outside your door. For example, in a suburb of Cleveland, Gabriel Spiegel watched his very own Bambi moment play out in his backyard. That’s where Ruby, the name he’s given to a wild deer who sometimes pays a visit, recently gave birth to three fawns. Spiegel, who’s a journalist, captured the sweet scene on camera as Ruby tended to her babies as they took their first faltering steps.

Not only that, but he also filmed other animals, including a rabbit, who’d come to watch the show. And it’s actually not the first time Spiegel has experienced the miracle of life on his doorstep, as Ruby has used his backyard as her delivery room before.
