Watch Pauly Shore Go on a Wild Ride of '90s Nostalgia
Earlier this month, we caught up with '90s legend Pauly Shore. Aside from coming to the conclusion that, hey, maybe the guy himself is America, we got the comedian and former MTV host rolling on his grunge-y heyday.
Now, following the release of his new comedy, Guest House, we followed up with Shore for an episode of "Explain This," where we show celebrities the highlight reels of their pasts. In the episode, Shore talks about his friendship with Chris Rock, the time in his life when he was filming remotes at his mom's house, and the contest that led to him getting married to a stranger for a hot minute. Among the pictures we showed him? A throwback shot of Shore with Kim Kardashian. (R.I.P., Keeping Up With the Kardashians.)
"I paid a lot for that photo," Shore says. (He's kidding.) "She signed an autograph for me that night. She said, 'Please stay away from me. Please don't get too close. Because Kanye will kick your butt!'"
