At-home social media content has pretty much taken over all of our feeds now that everyone is quarantined due to the COVID-19 crisis. And, of course, celebrities have been capitalizing on the trend, sharing their beauty routines with the world. The latest star to do so is my personal favorite, Kim Kardashian West, who, on April 9, took to her brand KKW Beauty's Instagram feed to show us how she does her own makeup.

Filming from her guest bathroom (which is nicer than any bathroom I've ever seen), Kardashian West starts off by saying she's hiding out from her kids, who won't leave her alone. To drive the point home, the clip even has a cameo from her older daughter, North.

Once she gets that out of the way, she begins by applying the Joe Blasco Ultrabase Foundation in shade Olive Beige 3, which is lighter than her normal self-tanned complexion. She blends it out using the MAC Kabuki 180 Small Buffer Brush. To conceal, Kardashian West uses KKW Beauty Liquid Concealer in shade #7, then sets it with her KKW Beauty Baking Powder in shade #2.

While she lets her undereyes bake, the entrepreneur uses a MAC Spooley to brush up her brows and a brow pencil to fill them in. Then, it's contouring time. Kardashian West naturally applies the contour stick from the KKW Beauty Crème Contour & Highlight Set in the shade Medium to her cheekbones, jawline, forehead, and nose. She uses the lighter end of the product to further contour her nose, forehead, and cheekbones, and finishes by blending it out with a beauty sponge.

At this point in the tutorial, the reality star brushes off the remaining setting powder under her eyes and proceeds to curl her lashes with what she says is her favorite curler, the Surratt Relevee Lash Curler.

If we know anything about Kardashian West, it's that she loves a strong contour. So although she already used her contour sticks, she decides to go over that with her KKW Beauty Powder Contour & Highlight Palette in the Medium shade, which, by the way, is a 2018 Allure Best of Beauty winner.

Kardashian West dips into the lighter highlighter shade using the Shu Uemura #14 Brush and sweeps the pigment down the bridge of her nose and onto her Cupid's bow, for a soft glow. She also uses the contour shades in the palette to add definition to her eyes, applying the powder to her eyelids and lower lash line. Kardashian West then moves on to grab her KKW Beauty Classic Shimmers Blush Palette, dipping her brush into the rosy shade in the middle, noting that she feels a pink blush makes her look more "youthful and awake."

Then, the reality TV star reveals that a new KKW product is coming soon: a mini version of her brand's mascara, which, yes, is so damn cute. She applies it to her lashes while reminiscing about how her dad used to bet her she wouldn't be able to apply mascara with her mouth closed. She laughs, saying, "He was right, but with this mini, I can."

Kardashian West then seals her makeup with Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist, and finishes her routine with her favorite lip combination: the KKW Beauty Nude 1.5 Lip Liner and the brand's 90's Icon Matte Lipstick.

Kardashian West her tutorial by thanking viewers for watching her quarantine glam. She also admits she did this makeup just to go to the kitchen and get harassed by her kids for homework help. Relatable. She also says it felt good that she didn't stay in her pajamas all day — a sentiment we can all relate to.
