Lopez is back with another look at her workouts, this time showing everyone how leg presses are done. Lopez posted a video to Instagram, "Just another Tuesday... After work workout," she captioned the post. At the start of the video, Lopez's trainer, Dodd Romero, loads her leg press machine with 270 pounds of weight. "I got it," Lopez told her trainer, to which he responded, "Okay, it's heavy." Lopez proceeded to crank out 10 reps and wink at the camera, apparently unfazed. You go girl!
