Watch: Dre Greenlaw's last-gasp Goal Line tackle hands 49ers win over Seahwaks and NFC West title

The San Francisco 49ers clinched the NFC West title thanks to a dramatic last-gasp Goal Line tackle to beat divisional rivals Seattle Seahawks 26-21.

In a thrilling final regular season game, the Seahawks were denied a comeback win by the slimmest of margins when 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw produced a huge hit to prevent Jacob Hollister going over in the dying moments.

Having clawed back a 13-0 half time deficit, the Seahawks were on the brink of victory when they were 4th and goal with just 11 seconds remaining.

Quarterback Russell Wilson found Hollister who thought he had won the game until Greenlaw’s crucial intervention.

The result sees San Francisco go into the Playoffs as NFC top seeds, meaning a first round bye and home field advantage for the rest of the postseason.

For the Seahawks, they finish the season as number 5 seed and will now travel to the Philadelphia Eagles in their first round playoff match.

San Francisco controlled the first half, but were pegged back late on and almost looked like they about to throw away a 12-point advantage in the fourth quarter until Greenlaw had his say and help his side hang on for their first win in Seattle since 2011.
