Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squeeze Out Massive Blackheads Covering A Man's Nose

She uses her comedone extractor to clear all the white gunk out of the blackheads.
The dermatologist tells her patient he is a trooper as she works.
It's true, Dr. Pimple Popper can make quick work of some crazy bumps. She has cleared neat lines of blackheads, massive lipomas, and many a dilated pore of winer. However, the classic pop is and always will be the blackhead. It's a crowd-pleaser, and her latest video is filled with them.
In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper, aka dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, has a blackhead-covered nose to clear out. She wastes no time and gets right to popping with her comedone extractor in hand. The doctor applies a bit of pressure with the tool, and poof out comes the gunk.

This nose in particular is very congested, which makes for excellent popping. The doctor says, "I have to tease them out a bit in the beginning." It doesn't look too hard, these blackheads are producing quite nicely.
There are so many pimples waiting to be popped, it's hard to distinguish one from another. One particularly prolific pimple produces a huge clump of yellow-white gunk that plops right onto the patient's cheek. Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient, "You're a trooper." He's squinting his eyes, but looking better with each pop.
Unfortunately, the video cuts out well short of a full nose extraction. One popaholic suggested, "Dang just throw the whole nose away." That's unlikely for a pro like Dr. Pimple Popper. She made great progress with many satisfying pops.
