  • In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper has an epidermoid cyst to pop on a patient's neck.

  • An epidermoid cyst occurs when dead skin cells don't shed from the skin and instead dig deeper creating a benign bump.

  • When Dr. Pimple Popper removes this cyst, it looks just like a "clamshell."

In her most recent Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper — aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee — has an epidermoid cyst to pop on her patient's neck. "Popaholic" fans won't just love this pop for its oozing, sac-removing goodness but also for the return of a fan-favorite tool: her punch. That's right. Dr. Pimple Popper punches this cyst right in the face or whatever cysts have, and it's so good.

To begin the video, Dr. Lee takes her punching tool and sticks it right into the center of the cyst pulling away a little bit of chunky insides as she does. Once the hole has been made, Dr. Lee then begins to squeeze the contents of the epidermoid cyst free. With this cyst, those gray-hued insides are just dead skin cells that didn't slough off and instead buried deeper creating the growth. Steadily, she gets all of the chunkiness free.

Perhaps the best part, though, is the sac removal. To ensure the cyst doesn't return, Dr. Lee has to take the cyst's sac out. In this case, Dr. Lee pulls a massive gray lump from beneath the skin that looks just like a clamshell.
