Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Pop A Huge 'Spitting' Cyst On A Man's Cheek
Dr. Pimple Popper just posted a video to Instagram that shows her popping a spitting cyst on a man's cheek.
The cyst takes some tools and squeezing before the puss streams out.
After she cleans him up, the man's smile is wide.

"A little 💥POP💥can make a BIG difference," Dr. Pimple Popper wrote on her newest Instagram post, shared Wednesday afternoon. (She also directed her followers to watch the entire video, "A Spitting Spiteful Cyst To A Big Smile" over on her YouTube channel.)
Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD's video starts off with a quick shot of the cyst on the man's cheek, close to the corner of his mouth, which actually made it hard for him to smile. The next shot is of the cyst circled in black marker to outline it, with a line down the middle, to show Dr. Pimple Popper where she want to make an incision.

Finally, Dr. Pimple Popper gets to work. She makes a tiny incision, using her scissors to discover what's hiding inside the bump. “I see it now, it’s definitely a cyst,” she says.
Once she locks her eyes on the cyst, it's time to start squeezing. Dr. Pimple Popper says she's, “Just squeezing a cheek like grandma does." As she squeezes, more and more white gunk comes out-much more than you'd imagine could come from a small bump-along with a bit of blood. This pop doesn't come with an Instagram block, but it is definitely not for the faint of heart.
The Instagram video cuts out before Dr. Pimple Popper finishes her pop, but over on YouTube, you find out that this cheek cyst is actually recurring-Dr. Pimple Popper has a hard time removing the cyst's sac because it has been inflamed before and has scar tissue, per the video.
After a bit more tugging and cleaning, Dr. Pimple Popper gives the man's cheek cyst the all-clear and stitches him back up. Hopefully now, that spiteful cyst won't come back.
