This pop is only for the most hardcore popaholics. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops an inflamed cyst that explodes with a ribbon of gray mushy contents. You’ll want to pass on the mashed potatoes after seeing this one.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the inflamed monster with a few simple snips of her surgical scissors. With a light squeeze, a massive amount of gray goop comes streaming out of the cyst.

“That was a lot, huh?” Dr. Lee exclaims. “A big ribbon.”

It takes four good squeezes to drain the cyst completely. After all the mush is removed, you can see that the patient has loose skin from where the mass once was. Yes, the cyst was so huge it stretched the patient’s skin.

“I was enjoying my smoothie until I watched this,” one viewer commented.

The growth featured in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst. This type of cyst — which is often filled with wet dead skin cells and keratin — commonly occurs on the face, neck, and back. Epidermoid cysts most often have white contents, but can be darker in color depending on the melanin content in a person's skin.
