If you still have cable then tuning in will be super easy. The show will air on live on May 16 starting at 9 PM ET. For those living on the west coast, you'll have to wait until 9 PM PT to check it out. You can watch on MTV, but you also have some choices. The show will simulcast on BET, BET Her, CMT, Comedy Central, Logo, MTV2, Nick at Nite, Paramount Network, Pop, TV Land and VH1.

Where can I watch the 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards through streaming?

If you have a TV/Cable login or a digital live TV provider like Hulu + Live TV or YouTube TV, then you can use that to check out the show on either the MTV App or MTV.com. The site also provides a 24 hour pass to watch online, however, they might disable this for the show so make sure to check ahead of time.
