College football community reacts to stunning death of Washington State QB Tyler Hilinski
The Washington State University football program was hit with the tragic news that 21-year-old quarterback Tyler Hilinski was found dead of what police say was an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound on Tuesday night at his apartment in Pullman, Washington.
Hilinski was a redshirt sophomore who had spent the last three years with the program, during which he clearly had an impact on players, coaches and others associated with the program.
Many took to Twitter to express their feeling and condolences.
Please keep my family in your prayers tonight.

All of the programs around the country need to start listening to these 19-21 year old kids when they are going through things. Weve made a culture that makes it taboo for young men to talk openly about their feelings and what they are going through. That’stheconversation we need
