This Video of Ryan Reynolds Clapping for Blake Lively During Her Met Gala Dress Reveal Is So Pure

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively showed up on the 2022 Met Gala red carpet, actually dressed for the Gilded Glamour theme. And Reynolds’ reaction to Lively’s color-changing Versace gown was truly too sweet for words.

First of all, this is Lively’s gorgeous Versace dress:

By now, you’ve probably seen photos where it appears the dress is changing colors….

Turns out, the dress had a top layer that was removed by a dexterous crew of folks halfway up the stairs. Watch the stunning and unexpected reveal in the video below:

Obviously a MOMENT, and Reynolds’ reaction behind the scenes was caught on camera on @21MetGala’s Twitter and is best described as completely pure. Like, the grinning! The smiling! The clapping!
