Victoria Beckham Reveals All Her Kids Are "Amazing," Harper’s a Tomboy & Brooklyn’s a Busboy
Victoria Beckham is still all about girl power.
The 41-year-old, who shies away from press to focus on her fashion career and family, appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show to talk about just that. “I work, and I’m home looking after the kids, so no, I don’t tend to do a lot of TV. But I love the show, and it looks like there’s a lot of strong, powerful women out there that want to have fun, and I’m just a big fan of what you do,” she told the daytime talk show host.
Running a successful on-the-rise company is made easier by the fact that her kids—Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12, Cruz, 10, and Harper, 3—are amazing. The oldest of the bunch, Brooklyn, who has 1.7 million followers on Instagram, has even worked as a busboy at a café in California for the past two years. As for the newest addition to the family, Victoria admitted that “the boys are great with her” and even have an influence over her style.
While Harper sits front row next to Anna Wintour at her mother’s fashion shows and has attended some of the hottest industry events in adorable girly looks, it turns out she’s actually a tomboy. “She loves to wear little dresses, but then she loves to put her football boots on and get in the garden with her brothers and have a bit of rough and tumble which I think is great.”
But, while the Beckhams might live what seems from the outside like a charmed life, they seem to have their priorities straight: “You know, for me and David, we work a lot, but the kids are everything to us and I think it’s important that the kids have a good work ethic and try and help other people as well.”
