Utah Ski Resort Boldly Forecasts Unusually Early Snowfall Arrival
Brian Head Resort in Cedar City, Utah reports that due to the El Nino season forecast, they are expecting for snow making to allow for it's second earliest start to season of all time. Last year, Brian Head Resort topped all expectations on a remarkable ski and snowboard season when it started spinning its lifts on November 4th. This was the earliest ever for the resort and the estimated fifth earliest in Utah history.
This year, Brian Head Resort has announced that it expects to begin winter operations on Friday, Nov. 10. And if this season’s projected opening date is any indication, those at this Southern Utah ski area are optimistic that 2023-24 will be just as good as it was last year. Our fingers are crossed!
