The new collection is full of laid-back, spring-friendly picks.
Drop day, baby! (*Air horn sounds*) Folks, I genuinely can't keep up. There's too much heat. Uniqlo is back with another absolute banger of a collaboration, this time with British designer and fashion industry darling Jonathan Anderson, of JW Anderson fame (you might recognize the name from some of his more, ahem, prominent fans). It's an abundance of riches out here. Anderson is largely considered one of the most promising designers of his peer group, and in an industry constantly focused on finding the next generation-defining young talent he's managed to maintain relevancy without sacrificing his singular take on contemporary style.
As of a few years ago, Anderson has also been at the helm of Loewe, the once-sleepy Spanish brand he's reinvigorated with his signature commitment to craft and slightly zany take on the brand's storied history. The budding wunderkind has also hit a whole bunch of benchmarks typically associated with brands way older than his, among them this spring/summer release with Uniqlo, which marks his third year partnering with the Japanese retailer on pieces that never fail to incorporate Anderson's playful perspective. If you're really trying to flex your fashion-insider bona fides on the low, my boy JWA once again has you (and your budget) covered, in a big way. What a guy.

Yep: Testing remains a huge obstacle on determining who is infected and where the virus is spreading. For whatever reason (shortages of test kits?) sites here in Florida are limited to 250 a day and they reach capacity in a half hour after opening the site. There's a huge disconnect between what the president is telling us at his press conferences and what's happening in the real world.
