Netflix on Thursday dropped off the official trailer for season three of The Umbrella Academy, revealing that the superhuman Hargreeves siblings have discovered new enemies in the opposing Sparrow Academy.

The first preview for the series' upcoming season sees the Umbrella Academy — played by Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan and Aidan Gallagher — return home after believing they've evaded the apocalypse and stopped 1963's doomsday. However, they quickly realize that they've created an entirely new predicament for themselves.

“When we jumped here, we created a time paradox. Our little paradox brought forth a kugelblitz,” Number Five (Gallagher) says in the visual.

“What the hell is a kugelblitz?,” Elliot Page’s Viktor Hargeeves responds. “Essentially, we’re screwed,” Number Five says.

In their new reality, the Hargreeves never existed as superhero crime-fighters and they have only five days before the rest of existence is "blitzed." The Sparrow Academy members, who are described as "smart, stylish and about as warm as a sea of icebergs," take their place, and the two houses immediately clash.

Later in the trailer, Viktor confronts a Sparrow Academy member, stating, “Your team is good, but I don’t think you’re better than me. I ended the world twice, and you? You’re just meat in spandex.”

The new season, which will arrive with 10 one-hour episodes, will also star Justin H. Min, Colm Feore, Ritu Arya, Justin Cornwell, Britne Oldford, Jake Epstein, Genesis Rodriguez and Cazzie David.

The Umbrella Academy season three premieres on Netflix on June 22. Watch the trailer above.
