  • Sharon Stone just appeared on Saturday Night Live, and she brought her super-toned legs along for the ride.

  • In new Instagram photos, the 64-year-old showed off her strong body in a thigh-high slit gown, while lounging on a piano.

  • Sharon is a big fan of Pilates at home, and she doesn't love hitting up the gym.

Sharon Stone made a surprise appearance during Sam Smith’s performance of “Gloria” on Saturday Night Live, and people are still buzzing about it. Well, apparently Sharon had the best time, because she posted lots of photos from the night on her Instagram.

The 64-year-old star shared two different posts about the performance. The first features two photos of Sharon lounging on a piano in a gorgeous, gold, glittery, strapless dress with a thigh-high slit that showed off her miles of toned legs. “What a fun weekend!” she wrote in the caption.

In the second, she’s cozying up to Sam and totally glowing. “Thank you Sam, I adore you 😘,” she wrote.

Naturally, people freaked out out in the comments, including plenty of Sharon’s famous friends. “Goddess❤️,” said Kate Beckinsale. “You look amazing ❤️❤️❤️,” wrote Rita Ora, while Vera Wang chimed in with, “Whoa. 🔥. Lady in Gold. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

It seems like Sharon is a big fan of found fitness—she previously Vogue that she tries to be active throughout her day. “All you have to do is move,” she said. “People think that you have to go to the gym and you have to do 3,000 pounds of weight all the time, but you don’t.”

Instead, Sharon likes to break out into exercises whenever the mood strikes. “Periodically throughout the day, I just move my body. I do it when I’m on set. I do leg lifts and back kicks and pop down on the ground and do some jackknifes,” she said.

Sharon also shared that she uses the Thighmaster. “Frankly, it is sensational,” she said. “I put that between my legs while I’m watching TV, and my kids and all their teenage friends think it’s hilarious, but they do it too. They sit around with me and do it with their arms, finding a way to do their biceps and their triceps.”

She will even do something she calls “arm jazz” with weights. “Pushing upwards for 15 minutes with a lead weight in your hand makes a lot of difference,” she shared.

While Sharon isn’t a big fan of going to the gym, she still makes some time for a regular training session. She told The New York Times that she does Pilates at home, and will sometimes do circuit training at an actual gym. One place you won’t find her, though, is on the treadmill. “I’m not the person who will get on a treadmill and stare at a wall,” she said.

On the food front, Sharon told the Times that she’s pretty picky about what she puts into her body. “I don’t eat processed food. I don’t drink caffeine, and very rarely will have a soda or alcohol,” she said. “But I eat meat and dark chocolate. I sugar my tea if I feel like it. I have celiac disease, so I don’t eat gluten. Otherwise, I just eat like a person—whatever I’m hungry for.”

Go, Sharon, go!
