Wow—this might be one of Dr. Pimple Popper's most satisfying lipoma removals of all time. (And trust us, we've watched a lot of Dr. Pimple Popper's lipoma removals.)

In a new Instagram video posted Thursday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—the dermatologist and TLC star behind the absurdly popular Dr. Pimple Popper account—treats a patient with a seriously huge lipoma in their back. (A lipoma is a fatty growth that forms between the skin and muscle layer, and it's caused by an overgrowth in fat cells, according to Healthline.)

Now, this particular lipoma is truly remarkable. Because not only is it big, but it also looks freakishly similar to a raw chicken cutlet—a fact that didn't go unnoticed in the comments section next to the video.

Oh, and another thing about this lipoma? It comes out super clean. Lipoma removals can be messy; sometimes there's lots of blood, or the fatty growth comes out in pieces. This one, on the other hand, slides out without any issues.

"That is INSANE that it just grows in people...and you just dig it out with your finger in one piece and SHOW IT to the dude," one commenter observed.
