UCLA's Aaron Holiday to remain in NBA draft after hiring agent
UCLA junior guard Aaron Holiday has hired agent Charles Briscoe, a partner of Premier Sports Council, forgoing the final year of his eligibility, Briscoe told Yahoo Sports.
Holiday announced his plans to declare for the draft last month. Holiday led the Bruins to an NCAA tournament berth this season, averaging 20.3 points, 5.8 assists and 3.7 rebounds per game.
Holiday is a dynamic playmaker and athlete at 6-foot-1. He improved each season at UCLA and is a potential mid-first round pick. He was also part of UCLA’s Sweet 16 run in 2017 alongside Los Angeles Lakers guard Lonzo Ball and Indiana Pacers forwards T.J. Leaf and Ike Anigbogu.
Holiday, 21, is the younger brother of New Orleans Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday and Chicago Bulls forward Justin Holiday. Justin Holiday is also represented by Briscoe.
