Update, April 20, 2020: People are spotting Snickers chocolate milk at stores again and although it may sound new, it's actually been around since last May. The milk is flavored by the candy bars, but are low-fat, made with eight grams of protein in each bottle, and come high in vitamins A and D.

The Snickers flavor was recently spotted by @Snackbetch at Walmart for $5.98 per case. People seem to have a general consensus that the Twix milk has a flavor truer to the candy, but both are a good sweet drink if you're into that kind of thing. Check your local Walmart to pick up these milks and try them for yourself. And, well, you might as well pick up some of the actual candy bars while you're at it to compare flavors. You know, for research purposes.

Original Post, May 16, 2019: Full transparency, chocolate milk is still a guilty pleasure of mine at the ripe age of...whatever it's just a number. But you get the point. Fortunately for my slowing metabolism, resisting this creamy beverage has been relatively easy for the most part since childhood. That is, until the new Snickers and Twix Flavored Chocolate Milk hit the market and now I'm ready to chug all of the candy I would have eaten anyway.

This may seem like a trap, but now I have an excuse for drinking my sugar intake: CALCIUM, BABY! Because I'm going to eat the candy anyway, might as well swap it out for its milk form. What makes these creations even sweeter is the fact that it has 14 grams of protein in every 14-ounce bottle. So between the calcium and the protein, dare I say it's healthy? Maybe a stretch, I know, but get excited with me!

Trust me, though, I've tried both flavors and they're so addicting I can't decide which is my favorite. The SNICKERS milk delivers nutty, caramel, and chocolaty flavors—think SNICKERS coffee creamer, minus the coffee, plus an extra oomph—while the TWIX milk has a similar caramel, chocolaty flavor, with an added cookie deliciousness.

This month, bottles will begin selling nationwide with a suggested retail price of $2.49 each. All I'm saying is my bones are ready for that extra calcium—but mostly the chocolate, of course. It's called balance, look it up.
