Twitter Resurfaces Clip of Emma Stone on "iCarly" as a Super Fan

You might have forgotten, but Emma played a character named Heather on a 2012 episode of iCarly titled "iFind Spencer Friends." The clip has been making the rounds on the internet again once again, and we're so thankful for this refresher.

In the scene, Emma spots Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) and crew eating at Fiddy's Diner. She immediately drops her drink and goes, "Oh my god, oh my god, it's iCarly. It's iCarly!" After running up to them, Emma insists on taking pics with the entire group. She takes a selfie with Sam (Jennette McCurdy) after sitting in her lap, tells Spence (Jerry Trainor) he's her favorite, and of course snaps a photo with the titular Carly. When she realizes that Gibby (Noah Munck) isn't with the group, she runs into the men's bathroom to get her final selfie. Emma's character then dashes back to the table and jumps on top of it, eventually being escorted out by a couple of diner employees.

The episode of iCarly aired after some of Emma's biggest roles, including The Amazing Spider-Man, The Help, and Easy A. During an interview at the time, Jennette said, "Emma Stone was awesome and she's just gorgeous and hilarious. It was great to have her on set, she was so nice."

What's also hilarious is seeing how this moment in time as been preserved on the internet. Beyond the iCarly clip resurfacing again, back in 2015 the official Nickelodeon Twitter account tweeted, "Congrats Emma Stone on winning the 1st #KidsChoiceAwards of the night! You guys may know her from @iCarly ;)." This was obviously a while ago, but it's amazing to look back at some of our favorite actors' smaller roles before they got super famous. From iCarly super fan to Academy Award winner, Emma has truly gone on a journey over the years.
