1 lb spaghetti
8 bacon strips, chopped
1 lb Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
4 egg yolks
½ cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Start by adding a sprinkling of salt to a pot of boiling water, followed by the spaghetti. Once the spaghetti is cooked, strain and set aside.
Whisk together the egg yolks and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Add olive oil and chopped garlic cloves to the pan, followed by the cooked spaghetti, the egg yolk-Parmesan mix, the cooked Brussels sprouts, and the cooked bacon bits, then thoroughly combine everything in the pan over medium-low heat.
