‘Twilight’ Actor Ashley Greene Is Pregnant With Her First Child

Ashley Greene—or Alice Cullen, to Twilight fans—is expecting her first child. The actor announced the happy news on Instagram today, sharing three black-and-white snaps of herself and husband Paul Khoury holding their sonogram photo.

“I love you more than I’ve ever loved anything and somehow my heart just keeps expanding to love you EVEN more,” Ashley wrote in the caption. “I cannot wait to watch you share your light, love, and passion with our baby.”

Fellow stars and friends quickly voiced their joy for the pair in the comments.

“I was screaming yesterday! I’m so happy for you guys 😭😭😭 I love u girl,” wrote I Care a Lot actor Eiza Gonzalez.

“Ahhhhhh so excited for you!!!!! 🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊,” wrote Blue Crush actor Kate Bosworth.

“Congrats beautiful!” added Sweet Magnolias star JoAnna Garcia Swisher.

Ashley met Paul—a digital entrepreneur and TV personality—in 2009 through mutual friends, she told Brides. They married in 2018 in Nestldown, a family-owned retreat near San Jose, California. Their ceremony took place on a gorgeous space surrounded by redwoods—a very Twilight-like setting.

“I loved the idea of getting married among the redwoods,” Ashley told the outlet. “They’re so majestic and they’ve been there such a long time. There’s something special about starting a life there.”

The actor wore a white gown by Los Angeles–based designer Katie May and pearl drop earrings to the ceremony. She later changed into a sheer white dress with floral appliqués by Windi Williams-Stern. Celebrity guests included Unsolved actor Josh Duhamel, Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul, actor Barbie Blank, and Olympic fencer Miles Chamley-Watson.

This baby will be Ashley and Paul’s first together.

“I find it so amazing that we can make life through love. I’ve never been more in love with you and I’m so ready for this next chapter in our lives. Thank you giving me the best gift in the world @ashleygreene 👼,” Paul wrote in his own post announcing the pregnancy.
