The secret is in the sauce.
- So here is the big secret with the turkey meatloaf. Is I combine some ketchup, some apple cider vinegar, and some brown sugar. Just add some chopped onions, garlic, fresh parsley, dried thyme and oregano, some milk, some Dijon mustard. I'm going in with some Bragg's.
So this is just a seasoning. You know it would work really well instead of it, is Worcestershire sauce. Some breadcrumbs and a couple of eggs. And just mix it all together with your hands. And I'm not even using a loaf pan. I'm going to put it straight on a parchment lined baking sheet. So I'm going to put half of the sauce on top now. And then about halfway through, in 20 minutes, I'm going to spread the rest of it on there.
There. Yes. American comfort food. And it's so good.
