In the past few years, celebrities, your best friend, and even your most stylish sibling all feel far more comfortable posting their faces au natural. Spurred on by the #nomakeup movement and a growing trend to streamline our beauty routines and lives, everyone from singer Carrie Underwood and actor Jennifer Garner to Top Chef’s Padma Lakshmi and Flip or Flop’s Christina El Moussa have all recently shared makeup-free photos and videos on social media.

One repeat star who stuns in any and all ways she decides to show face: country singer and cooking show host Trisha Yearwood. Earlier this month, Yearwood took to Instagram to share a photo and a video of her playing America’s fastest-growing sport, pickleball. In it, the star and her sister Beth Bernard are both rocking chic athleisure — and not a stitch of makeup — as they take part in a sporty, competitive match.

And now, Yearwood is back with a video that shows her in her coverage-free glory. Then after playfully blowing a compact of face powder, the reveal is her stage look all glammed up by makeup artist Taryn Feldman.

As the soundtrack to the Instagram Reel croons “well I think it’s magic,” one fan hopped into the comments to share, “You’re magic and stunning! ♥️" Others echoed our sentiments when they said, “Beautiful with or without makeup, because your heart always shines,” and “I love that you shared the before and after.
