Nicole has a journalism degree from Pepperdine University, and lists her profession as on-camera host and model. She's worked as a reporter for the NBA and BET and competed in beauty pageants. She also has an inclusive fitness brand called Strong Is Sexy and posts workout videos on her Youtube channel.
She met Travis through Instagram.

The couple went on vacation in Lake Tahoe with Kansas City Chief's quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his fiance Brittany Matthews last summer, and Nicole and Matthews often take in the Chiefs games together with Mahomes's brother, Jackson.
