Actress Trace Ellis Ross releases her first-ever lifestyle item today, a scented candle to correlate with her widely successful natural hair care line, Pattern Beauty. Based on the signature scent of her Pattern hair care line, the Pattern candle smells distinctly of rose, patchouli, and neroli. It's made with a soy blend that burns evenly for 60 hours.
The launch of this candle is a small part of Ross's vision to bring solace and comfort to her customers during a hectic time. "We all know what a candle can do to shift the energy in a space and set a mood, and we love our signature Pattern fragrance, so we thought: why not combine the two to create a moment of calm for wash day or any day," Ross tells House Beautiful.
The Black-ish star created the candle to serve as the perfect addition to your at-home pamper and hair routine. “The Pattern candle is a continuation of our treatment collection, which is designed for you to carve out a beautiful moment to care for your curls," she says.

The candle is now available on the Pattern's official site for $20 and, we have to say, it would make the perfect Mother's Day gift! It's unclear whether or not more lifestyle items are in the works from Ross, but a candle is a great start!
