Fall style inspiration and #fitspo, all in the same Instagram post? That's just how Tracee Ellis Ross rolls. The black-ish actress, 48, stunned fans while rocking a black tuxedo jacket and sheer, patterned tights in brand new pics (no pants needed).

As if her outfit wasn't killer enough, Tracee also shows off her super sculpted legs in the snaps. Her muscles are looking long, lean, and so strong—and fans were totally here for it in the comments.

"Ok. Now I need dotted tights! 🔥🔥," one user wrote. "Those legs 😍😍😍😍," someone else added.

Even the iconic Mariah Carey agreed: "🔥🔥🔥," she commented.

"Patiently waiting for Scorpio season," Tracee captioned her post. "And by Scorpio season I mean my birthday. OCTOBER 29th...mark your calendars. Ok bye."

Wondering just how Tracee tones those killer legs? She told Vibe back in 2015 that the dance-based Tracy Anderson method is her go-to for a productive sweat session. "I do love Tracy Anderson, the blasting music. I love that it changes all the time. I love that she really sculpts a workout for my body. I feel lean," she said.

Tracee has posted plenty of videos of her favorite Tracy Anderson moves on Instagram before, like this one:

For an extra confidence boost, Tracee told People that she likes to look her best in class. “I’ll even wear a red lip to the gym,” she said. With the Tracy Anderson method, "there’s a lot of mirror work involved. When I see my red lips reflecting back at me, I’m like, ‘Yeah, girl, that’s right!’”

And, Tracy totally approves. “One of the things that’s so cool about her is that she will just put on music and release and show what that release of emotions looks like through just moving in her body,” she said about the Girlfriends alum.

Tracee's also pretty good about sticking to her gym schedule. "It's three days a week on a regular basis, sometimes four," she told Health. "Sometimes I take a little break, but the truth is, I feel the best when I work out. I feel very strong."

When Tracee wants to branch out, online workouts are a great option, she told Vibe. "I think movement is important but I also often switch it up and work out with Jeanette Jenkins. I love what she does and we often lift weights together. I’ll do the Santa Monica stairs. I’ll do some yoga. I also love Ballet Beautiful. Everyone can do that online," she said.

Tracee also makes it her goal to stay hydrated. "I drink water, and I don't drink a ton of alcohol," she said. "Alcohol makes the folds go deeper—one glass of wine is like being on 17 airplanes; it just dries you out," she explained to Health.

Overall, Tracee is proud of her hard work in the gym: "At 22, I woke up like that. At 44, I work really hard for this!" she said. And, it's clearly working for her. Go, Tracee, go!
