Serge Ibaka sets up home gym amidst self-quarantine for COVID-19
After being the primary defender on Utah’s Rudy Gobert, the first NBA player to test positive for coronavirus, Toronto Raptors forward Serge Ibaka has since tested negative for COVID-19 but will continue to self-quarantine for the recommended 14-days.
In the meantime, he’s sharing some behind the scenes looks into his foreseeable future. Unable to go into any grocery stores for supplies, he shared a video of a massive Amazon Prime haul, while telling fans to be careful and listen to the experts.

The next day, Ibaka shared the home-gym set up he built to stay in shape over the next two weeks.
His set up includes hurdles, a stationary bike, exercise bands, a box jump, a yoga mat, and weights.

Ibaka was having a career year, averaging 16.0 points and 8.3 rebounds per game before the NBA suspended operations on Wednesday.
All members of the Toronto Raptors organization have tested negative for COVID-19, the team announced Saturday afternoon.
"Those who have been told to self-isolate will continue to do so," the Raptors said. "We will all continue to practise social distancing, diligent handwashing, and we will carefully monitor our health. We remain in close contact with public health authorities and infectious disease experts."
Fans were especially worried about Ibaka, who did his ritual of kissing the ball after Gobert made a free throw.

The Raptors were among a group of teams the NBA reportedly told to get tested for COVID-19, which includes the Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers, Detroit Pistons and New York Knicks.
Ibaka was back at it with the home workout on Sunday, with the official Raptors account posting episode two of his apparent new spin off series “How Bored Are You?”
