There are countless streaming options available at my fingertips, but not all Netflix movies live up to expectations. That’s why I often turn to the top 10 movies list on Netflix, which ranks titles based on who’s watching what. Not only does it include the most popular new releases (like One More Shot), but it also features a few old favorites (like Shrek). The best part? The top 10 movies on Netflix are updated on a daily basis, so there’s never a shortage of new options.

From Unfrosted to Anyone But You, keep scrolling for a list of the best movies on Netflix and my editor’s pick of the week.

Editor’s Pick of the Week: What Jennifer Did (2024)

  • Cast: Jennifer Pan

  • Run Time: 87 minutes

  • Genre: Investigative documentary

Through in-depth interviews and never-before-seen footage, What Jennifer Did examines how Jennifer Pan went from an award-winning pianist to facing charges of first-degree murder. It all starts with a 911 call, where Jennifer tells law enforcement that intruders had broken into their house and killed both of her parents.

It doesn’t take long for investigators to realize there’s more to the story, especially when Jennifer’s dad (who miraculously survives the attack) wakes up from a medically induced coma and identifies the culprit as his own daughter.
