The Top 10 Recipes of June 2018

When it comes to weather, June tends to be a mixed bag, right?

(It's not *quite* summer yet, and here on the East coast, one day can be scorching hot and the next day can be a bit chilly.)

And that's exactly how we'd describe your favorite recipes of last month!

Naturally, you seemed to have summer BBQs on the brain -- whipping up Mexican Street Corn and Lemon Roast Potatoes. But you also stuck to tried-and-true dinner classics, like Chicken Marsala and Mac ‘n' Cheese.

Hey, we like the variety!

1. Mexican Street Corn

The combination of mayonnaise, cotija and lime juice works wonders on corn, so make sure to make LOTS of it. (It's sure to go quickly!)

Watch Hunter and Robbie Shoults -- two of our friends from Bear Creek Smokehouse -- whip it up in the video above.

5. Chicken Francese

Francese is similar to piccata, but the difference between the two is for Francese, the chicken breast is first dipped in flour, then into a beaten egg mixture, before being cooked. For piccata, the chicken is first dipped in egg and then in flour.

(Oh, and there are no capers in Francese!)
