Tom Brady Shares Rare Photo of Ex Bridget and Wife Gisele Together for Mother's Day

This Mother's Day, we saw many Instagram photos from celebrities showing of their co-parenting skills. One in particular that was so sweet to see, was a snap from Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady.

In honor of the special day, Tom shared a photo to his Instagram Stories of his ex-wife Blue Bloods star Bridget Moynahan with their son, Jack, and Tom's wife of 12 years, Gisele Bündchen. "Happy Mother's Day, Bridget Moynahan," Tom simply captioned the photo.

Gisele also gave Bridget a shoutout on her Instagram stories by sharing a photo of the actress with producer Jody Joynes. "Happy Mother's Day to these super moms," she wrote.

Tom, of course, also posted about his wife, with who he shares two children, Vivian and Benjamin.

Tom and Gisele began dating in December 2006, just months before Bridget found out she was pregnant with Jack (Tom and Bridget ended their relationship in early December 2006). And while co-parenting can have its ups and downs, Bridget, who has been married to renowned businessman Andrew Frankel since 2015, has been vocal about how she and Tom prioritize their son.

"Tom and I made a decision to raise a child together and we both found partners that not only supported us in raising that child, but also loved our child as if he was their own," she said in her book, Our Shoes, Our Selves. "I don’t think you can ask for more than that. My son is surrounded by love."

Tom echoed her sentiment in an interview on Howard Stern's radio show. "We all made the best of the situation and fortunately, he's the most amazing son," he said. "My son, Jack, is like, my heart explodes when I think of him. He's the greatest kid I could ever ask for."

Needless to say, we're obsessed with this beautiful modern family!
