This Toddler Perfectly Nails Every Swiftie's New Interest in 'Football' & It's So Darn Cute

Growing up in Texas, Sundays were reserved for football (and sometimes church). I grew up watching the sport and developed a healthy appreciation for my mom’s favorite players (aka, the cute ones). But my Troy Aikman crush aside, watching the game was never really my thing. In fact, my dad once made me a shirt before the Super Bowl that said, “I’m only here for the commercials.” (And I proudly wore it!) But now that Taylor Swift has entered the picture to cheer for her boyfriend Travis Kelce, my interest in the game has suddenly been piqued again. Oh look, blondie is joking with Blake Lively! Now she’s doing a secret handshake with Brittany Mahones! It’s entertainment gold. Most Swifties agree with me, including one adorable toddler on TikTok.

TikTok user @jordandringmanlow shared a video of a little girl watching football last weekend. The toddler is decked out in a Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader outfit with a white turtleneck underneath. She’s standing behind the coffee table, drinking a glass of water, and patiently waiting for the NFL to show another clip of the “Bejeweled” singer.

“Every Swiftie since 3:30pm September 24, 2023,” text on the video reads. In it, the girl says, “I’m so excited for football,” in the cutest voice I’ve ever heard. She is standing in front of a bunch of snacks as she stares at the screen. Relatable!

Later, the woman making the video asks the toddler, “Can you tell me what you like about football?” Without turning her head away from the screen, the toddler responds, “No thank you.” I just spit out my drink. The confidence in this tiny queen is killing me! She’s so stinkin’ cute — and I can relate to every word!

At another point, the videographer asks, “Who’s your favorite football player?” The toddler doesn’t miss a beat when she responds, “Um, Taylor Swift.” Same, girl, same!

The hilarious video was captioned, “Sincerely, two girlies who are watching this football game just to see Taylor Swift ❤️💛🏈😘💗💕💞💓🫶🏻.”

People rushed to the comments to praise this amazing video, which has 8.5 million views. “@NFL we need a Taylor Swift jersey, plz,” one person wrote.
