'Today' Show Fans Cannot Handle Hoda Kotb's Instagram With Jenna Bush Hager

• Hoda Kotb welcomed Jenna Bush Hager back to the Today show on Instagram in a hilarious way.

• Jenna Bush Hager has been off the NBC morning show since August 2 after giving birth to her first son, Henry Harold "Hal" Hager. Jenna also has two daughters, Mila and Poppy, with husband Henry Chase Hager.

Hoda Kotb had extra fun on Instagram today celebrating the triumphant return of her Today show fourth-hour co-star Jenna Bush Hager.

Since August 2, Jenna has been out on maternity leave after welcoming her first son, Henry Harold "Hal" Hager, into the world with husband Henry Chase Hager. Before the NBC morning show brought back the former first daughter on Monday, Hoda posted five photos to her Instagram page of herself and Jenna. While all of the snapshots were super cute, the last one, as Hoda called out in her caption, is definitely the best one of all.

"Jenna is back! swipe thru.. the jewel is at the end @hodaandjenna @jennabhager," she captioned. As you'll see, Jenna has a "missing" tooth in the last picture (rest assured, it's not real and she still has all her front teeth).

Reacting to the post, many Today show fans took to the comment section to express their excitement over Jenna's return and to LOL over the comical snapshot. "She’s hilarious and a breath of fresh air. Welcome back!!🤣🤣😂😂," one fan wrote. "Welcome back Jenna! The two of you back together will be a fun hour of television!!," another said.

On Monday's fourth-hour program, Jenna opened up to Hoda about how "emotional" it was to come back to the Today show.

"It feels so good, and I hope you all have these places in your life that you want to come back to, because I wanted to come back, you all didn't have to drag me," Jenna told Hoda.

She also explained that Sunday night was tough for her, and that she held her newborn son "a little tighter" and "cried on his little head" knowing that she was returning to work.

"I'm happy to come back ... Henry [her husband] who's rational is like, 'It's the passing of time, it's that something has come to an end, and you know all things come to an end.'" she said.

Even still, Jenna is all about looking at the positive side of things — she's reunited with her BFF Hoda and now has an adorable little boy of her own. "I can't believe that he's here and that I get to be his mom!"
