Tish Cyrus Announces Exciting Relationship Update With 'Prison Break' Star

Miley Cyrus' mom is engaged!

Tish Cyrus announced her engagement to Prison Break star Dominic Purcell last night, April 29. "A thousand times…YES ❤️ @dominicpurcell," she captioned the post, which included a close-up shot of her gorgeous new ring on her hand, which rested atop his own as he wrapped his arms around her waist.

She also uploaded a second, full-body shot which showed her smiling at the camera with her hand clasping his shoulder as Purcell appeared to lean in to kiss her cheek.

Some famous faces popped into the comments to give their congratulations.

Perez Hilton wrote, "Congrats! 👏👏," while RuPaul's Drag Race choreographer Jamal Sims commented, "Congratulations!! 🎊🎉🍾."

Bachelor Nation alum Wells Adams opted for expressive emojis, writing, "😍🔥👏🙌," as did RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars season 6 winner Kylie Sonique Love, who wrote: "💕💕💕."

Cyrus seemed to hint at upcoming nuptials in an Instagram post from early April that showed her all snuggled up next to the actor, captioned, "Let’s Stay Like This Forever …….. ❤️," and a month before that a source close to Cyrus told Us Magazine that she "feels like she found her soulmate" in Purcell, and "things couldn't be going better" for the couple.

Tish first hinted at being with Purcell back in September of 2022, when she commented on one of his Instagram posts, referencing his caption about being a family man. The relationship was made official on the social media platform on New Year's Eve when she shared a picture of them cuddling.

Tish and her ex-husband, Billy Ray Cyrus, announced their divorce in April 2022 after nearly 30 years of marriage. Since the dissolution of their marriage, the "Achey Breakey Heart" singer has announced his own engagement.
