- It's summertime. So of course, people are looking for healthier habits they can make in their lives. But this TikToker learned the hard way that a habit she thought was healthy was actually causing her serious stomach issues.

Jade Amber posted a cute morning routine video, and then viewers noticed her big mistake. She had been eating 2 tablespoons of raw chia seeds every day. Get this. The seeds were actually growing inside of her. They were taking on water in her stomach and expanding, causing extreme bloating and stomach pain.
