TikToker flooded with praise for helping homeless customer in need of glasses

TikToker flooded with praise for helping homeless customer in need of glasses. For months, Akram Mohsin, a gas station worker in Fresno, has been sharing clips of his exchanges with random customers, some of whom are homeless . In turn, his TikTok followers have been sending him money via CashApp to help those very people. One of those fortunate recipients of that generosity was Salvador Tafi Saha Jr. On Dec. 12, 2020, Mohsin posted a video in which Saha, a father of two girls, attempts to buy meal with the money he has left: just a little over $5. Upon hearing the man’s predicament, Mohsin, tells him, “How about this? You got $100. Get whatever you want to eat, and I’ll give you some cash for your I.D”. In a follow-up TikTok that was posted five days later, Saha returns to Mohsin’s store with his I.D. in hand, thanking him for his kindness. Perhaps the most heartwarming interaction between the two occurs in a TikTok Mohsin posted on Dec. 28. In it, Saha is at Mohsin’s store holding two signs: one that says “Will work 4 glasses” and the other that says “Clean Windows $1”. When Saha then tells Mohsin that a new pair of glasses at Walmart costs $150, Mohsin gives him $500 and tells him to go get a room and his glasses. Many users couldn’t help but praise Mohsin for his compassion. “You gave him more than just better vision for the future, but vision for a better future,” one person wrote
