Tiger Woods, Peyton Manning tee it up in Memorial Pro-Am
Tiger Woods returned to Muirfield Wednesday for the Memorial Pro-Am, and he had to drag a retiree around the course.
Woods, bearing an almost completely brand-new set of clubs, played 18 with former NFL QB Peyton Manning, a guy who knows a thing or two about recovering from major surgery. Manning talked at the turn about how well Woods is playing, and how you have to adjust your expectations after surgery:

Woods had a decent enough day on the links, even rolling in a long, tricky chip on 8.

Woods, paired with Justin Rose and Jason Dufner, tees off on Thursday at 8:26 a.m. local time. Manning, meanwhile, will return to his life of fending off offers to announce NFL games.
