They say you want what you can’t have, and for me, that’s smooth and straight hair.

While I’ve inherited typical female Asian traits (small frame, height and facial features), I was genetically cursed (some say blessed) with curly hair. As pretty as it sounds, the condition of my natural locks is from it. I’m talking fine, controllable frizz and uneven coils and waves finished with lifeless and limp ends caused by years of frequent hair straightening.
