A new season of America’s Got Talent is officially here and a new winner will soon be crowned.

For the 16th year in a row, the NBC competition series is coming back with exciting acts ranging from heartfelt singing to mind-bending illusions. The AGT auditions will bring together a mix of talent from around the world in hopes of making it to the quarterfinals and beyond. Like in previous seasons, only one act will be named the winner in the AGT finale and take home the $1 million prize. But before viewers help decide who will get the chance to headline a Las Vegas show, here are the latest details about what’s in store for AGT season 17.

When does AGT season 17 start in 2022?

AGT is coming back with season 17 on Tuesday, May 31 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. Based on previous installments of the competition show, AGT season 17 will air from the end of May to mid-September. During the summer, folks can tune in on Tuesday nights for two hours of thrilling acts.

Who are the AGT judges on the new 2022 season?

Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Sofia Vergara are returning as judges on AGT season 17. Though there was no official word about Terry Crews in NBC’s announcement on March 31, the show’s social media posts featured the former actor coming back with last season’s judges.

Shortly later, Terry confirmed the news himself on Twitter. “Ready the confetti! @AGT is back this summer with @HowieMandel, @HeidiKlum, @SofiaVergara, @SimonCowell and me! 🎉,” he captioned a photo with the judges.

How can I watch or stream AGT season 17?

When AGT season 17 premieres, you can watch new episodes on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. Don’t have a TV? You can head over to the NBC site on your laptop or the NBC app on your preferred mobile device. You’ll want to have your TV cable provider login handy, so you can get right to watching.

Alternatively, you can watch season 17 of AGT on a streaming service like YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV and fuboTV. These three platforms offer free seven-day trials to try them out before committing to a subscription.

What’s more, if you can’t watch AGT live, new episodes are available to stream on the Hulu site and the Hulu app the next day. First time users can start off their experience with a 30-day free trial and continue for $6.99 per month after that.
